"God’s Answer"

 

We often feel discouraged when God does not seem to answer to our prayers. Sometimes, this is so discouraging that our little faith withers, which make us cast a doubt on God’s existence. Even whole-hearted prayers seem to fail to reach God at times. However, we should not misinterpret God’s silence. We simply do not be thankful for God’s daily provision any longer because he meets our daily needs, not our wish list. People think their prayers have not been a...nswered mainly because they did not gain what they wished for. God is the one who knows what we need better than anyone else. Like E.M. Bounds said, “Prayer is God’s way to meet people’s continuous needs through his tremendous and never-ending richness.” As people take care of their children, God does the same for us. Baby’s crying may sound the same, but it does not to the baby’s mother, the ultimate caregiver. God hears every word that comes out of our mouth and knows exactly what we need. God fulfills our life in a way that is beyond our understanding. God asks you today, “What can I do for you today?” I pray that all of you pray relentlessly and enjoy another day that is full of God’s grace and supply.
